Rebuild Crank Service

When your crank is sent in for a rebuild, it is inspected to make sure there are no unforeseen damages during shipping, as well as an evaluation of repair, and if more than a rebuild is needed, (thread repair, crank stuffers, etc). If all passes inspection, your crank is carefully disassembled, cleaned and reassembled to its specified tolerances and runout.  In most cases, the crank is trued to better than factory tolerances. It is then wrapped and shipped back to you for final installation.
